8 sun-dried tomatoes
1 cup macadamia nuts soaked & drained
1/2 lemon juiced
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
3/4 cup water
1/8 tsp cayenne
1 clove garlic
2 twists black peppercorns
Place all
ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Spread over real toast or pizza
crust. Use as a dip or a sandwich spread. Use your imagination.
When you soak the macadamian nuts and
drain them the spread comes out with a more whipped texture - very light and
creamy! |
