2 stalks celery
1/4 cup yellow onion
1/2 C red bell pepper
1 t salt
2 t oregano, fresh or dried
process until chunky in a food processor then add...
1 C ground sunflower seed
1/2 C ground flax seed
1/2 C water
Mix well and form into patties. Can eat fresh or dehydrate
for a few hours. excellent severed in lettuce wrap or on onion bread~
