7 avocados
2 t. salt
2 C chopped cilantro
3 seeded jalapenos, chopped
2 T lime juice
2 mangoes chopped
Place all ingredients except mango
in food processor. Pulse until well
combined but not smooth. Remove to a
bowl and stir in mango. Cover with
plastic wrap pressed against the surface of the guacamole to prevent oxidizing. Store in refrigerator. Makes about 1
