1 C rawcacao nibs
10 dates
3 oz raisins
6 dried figs
1/2 C honey
1 T vanilla
3/4 C almond butter
1 C walnuts, coarsely chopped
1 C chopped dried cherries
process dates, raisins, figs, honey and vanilla until
smooth.
Add cacao and almond butter and
then transfer to a bowl and continue mixing with hands to combine. Mixture
will be very thick.
With hands massage in nuts
and cherries and then transfer to a parchment-lined pan (8X8 or
9X9)
Freeze foe a couple of hours to harden, then
remove and let site a while before cutting into squares! |
