1 cup water, (may or may not need)
4 cups tomatoes with green chilis, (2- 14 oz. cans)
3 cups rice, cooked, day-old is best
4 cups black beans, (30 oz. can)
2 cups frozen corn, thawed
1 whole red bell pepper, diced
1 whole green bell pepper, diced
1 tsp cumin
| Combine
ingredients in an electric skillet. Cook for at least 15 minutes. (until it
thickens). Serve with baked corn
