Carrot/Apple/Beet Approx. 2 lb. Organic

Beet/Apple 1/2 beet with the greens
and 3-4 Granny Smith apples (drink no more than 2 of these per
day)
Celery/Apple 2 ribs

Lemonade 1/2 lemon, with the skin 4 Granny Smith

Green Juice Use a
variety of "greens" with a Granny Smith apple for each glass of juice made or
you can use the following recipe: 1/2 green pepper 4 leaves watercress 2
leaves red cabbage 2-3 small inner leaves chard 4 romaine leaves 4-5 leaves
escarole 2 carrots 1 Granny Smith apple
Adding a small amount
(1/4 in. slice) of ginger to the Carrot/Apple juice is also very good for
inflammation and for respiratory issues.
These are just a few of the many
different juices that can be used. Any type of vegetable can be juiced and
each provide a variety of nutrients so it is a good idea to experiment once in a
while.
Try to use as much organic produce as possible; also the fresher
the produce, the more nutrients available and the more superior the juice will be in
both taste and nutritional quality.
