When you are making lifestyle changes, it is important to have a variety of recipes to choose from so that you have food that is not only healthy but tasty too! With that in mind, we have put on this site some of our favorite raw and cooked recipes. All of these recipes are vegan (meaning no meat or dairy) and the ones listed raw are also gluten free (Real Toast has sprouted grains of your choice). Please note that some of the recipes call for nuts that may increase the amount of fat to a higher percentage than we recommend and so should be used only occasionally, not for everyday.
