Black Pepper Cheese-Raw Dish
2 cups raw cashews
4 Tbsp lemon juice (fresh - about 2 lemons)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 cup water
Process cashews, lemon juice, garlic, pepper, & salt until smooth, adding only enough water as needed to make a smooth creamy paste.
This recipe will keep for 4 days in the fridge. You can spread it on a collard leaf, real toast, or black sesame bread, even use it for a crust for a raw pizza!
