Green Bean Salad-Raw Dish
1 cup red onion
1 lemon juiced (1/4 cup)
2 1/2 cup fresh green beans
12 cherry tomatoes
1 large clove garlic
2 tsp Nama Shoyu or Bragg's Aminos or 1/4 tsp Celtic Sea Salt (to taste)
1 Tbsp Olive oil
1/4 tsp rosemary
Cut onion into small slivers and place in lemon juice to marinate. Wash green beans and cut on an angle into 1 inch pieces. Wash and cut cherry tomatoes into quarters. Mince garlic. Place all vegetables into a bowl. Crush rosemary and combine with salt and garlic, onion & lemon juice. Pour over salad, cover, and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
