Marinaded Mixed Vegetables-Raw Dish
1 head cauliflower
2 bunches broccoli florets
3 large carrots
2 medium red bell peppers
1 red onion
1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
1/4 cup Nama Shoyu or Bragg's liquid aminos
1/3 cup olive oil
Cut cauliflower and broccoli into small florets, cut carrots into 1/4 in. rounds, cut peppers into 1/4 inch strips, and cut onion into thin rings. Combine all vegetables in a bowl and toss to mix. Combine Bragg's, olive oil and Italian seasoning in a covered jar and shake. Pour over vegetables, cover and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow flavors to mingle
