Sweet & Sour Sauce
3/4 C Nama Shoyu
3/4 C agave or honey
2 cloves garlic
1 piece ginger root (about as big as your thumb - about the same amount as garlic)
2 T sesame seeds
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp red pepper flakes
Chop the garlic and ginger so it doesn't jam the blades of your food processor. Put all ingredients into the food processor and blend until pureed. The seeds will float up with the oil when left standing, just stir when using.
